By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced on our website.

1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products or website for unlawful purposes or violate applicable laws while using our services.
2. Products & Handmade Variations
Many of our products are handmade, personalized, engraved, embroidered, laser-cut, or otherwise made to order.
Because of the nature of handmade and customized products, minor variations may occur between product photographs and the finished item. Differences in materials, grain, color, engraving, embroidery placement, monitor/display colors, or other characteristics may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, photographs, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
3. Personalized & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.
This includes:
- Names and spelling
- Dates and numbers
- Capitalization
- Colors
- Sizes
- Fonts or design selections
- Wording and other customization instructions
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
If we make an error in producing your order that differs materially from the personalization information you submitted, please contact us so we can review and correct the issue as appropriate.
4. Final Sale of Personalized Products
Because personalized, custom, engraved, embroidered, and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer, these products are final sale once production has begun.
They cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect due to an error on our part.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if production has not started.
Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations and custom orders generally cannot be canceled.
6. Production & Processing Times
Processing time refers to the time required for us to create and prepare your order for shipment.
Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.
Estimated production or processing times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. During holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights customers have under applicable law. Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and provide certain options when shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping estimates provided by carriers are generally estimates and do not include our production time unless specifically stated.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
8. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, pricing errors, product descriptions, promotions, or availability information.
Orders may be canceled or refunded if an obvious pricing or listing error prevents us from reasonably fulfilling the transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, graphics, product designs, website content, branding, text, and other original content created by us remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without permission.
Customers who submit logos, artwork, photographs, wording, trademarks, or other materials for customization represent that they have the necessary rights or permission for us to reproduce those materials for their order.
We reserve the right to decline requests that we reasonably believe infringe intellectual-property rights or otherwise violate applicable law.
10. Product Photography & Social Media
Unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed, we may photograph products we create and use photographs of our work for our website, portfolio, advertising, or social media.
We will not intentionally publish private customer information such as addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive personal information.
If you do not want your customized product photographed or shared, please contact us when placing your order.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or its content to engage in unlawful activity, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious software, interfere with the operation or security of our website, collect information unlawfully, or engage in fraudulent activity.
12. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party providers such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other service providers.
Certain aspects of your transaction may therefore also be governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
